What is OEM software License.

OEM software licenses are sold with Brand New Hardware only and can not be used on old machines.

This option is the cheepest was of acquiring software licneses.

It is recommended that if some one is planning to buy new pc, one should consider to buy software licenses pre installed under the PC.
